EUR at FortuneJack: one fiat currency, and the processor’s rate
FortuneJack’s home page refused us, but its terms and help pages opened with a full set of browser headers, and they say a good deal about the euro. The terms name EUR as the one fiat currency it accepts and give a euro range for a fiat deposit.
They also say who sets the rate: the payment processor, at the time of processing, with the casino taking no responsibility for a loss on the conversion.
What the terms say about EUR
The clause on accepted currencies, in terms dated August 2025, says the account is opened and maintained in all currencies available on the website, and that the list may change. A later clause states the fiat side in one sentence:
You must consider that we accept the following fiat currency: EUR.
The same terms say the operator may add or remove currencies at its discretion without updating the terms, and that currency updates should be checked on the website. A help page on buying crypto gives dollars and euros as examples of the fiat amount, which is wider than the terms, and we take the terms as the stronger source.
Limits and who processes
The terms state a minimum of €20 and a maximum of €2,000 per transaction for a deposit in fiat currency. Fiat deposits and withdrawals are processed only through approved payment service providers or financial institutions, and the operator disclaims responsibility for their actions, errors or delays. If you pay by bank or card, your own bank or provider may charge additional fees. The figures are the terms’ own, from August 2025; the cashier shows the live range.
The rate and the conversion disclaimer
The clause that matters most for this site says a deposit or withdrawal in a currency other than the account’s base currency might be subject to exchange rates determined by the payment processor at the time of processing, and that the operator is not responsible for losses arising from the conversion. Two other clauses say the website is not an exchange platform, executes no conversion between currencies, and offers no fiat-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat exchange service.
Taken together, they describe an operator that holds a euro balance, leaves any conversion to a processor it does not control, and does not publish the processor’s rate.
What we could not confirm
We could not open the home page, so we cannot say what the cashier looks like or which methods it lists. We found nothing about promotional credit and quote nothing. The terms are the source here, and they are an operator’s legal text, not a promise about any one payment.
