Euro at Cloudbet: an entry in the data, and fiat being phased out

Cloudbet is the operator whose position on the euro is the clearest and the least comfortable. The currency configuration embedded in its fees page has a euro entry. The interface text in the same page says fiat deposits and withdrawals are being phased out.

A help article adds that currency conversion is not supported.

What Cloudbet’s own data holds

The configuration lists EUR as a fiat currency, full name Euro, with the € symbol, two decimal places and stake steps of 1, 2, 5 and 10. Those four numbers are bet-size steps and not minimums. Stablecoin entries in the same configuration carry a link to the dollar and none carries a link to the euro, so a euro player holding such a coin would meet a conversion.

The interface text also includes the strings Deposit using Jeton or Vega, Deposit with card, Fees may apply, Fees from and Best rate, which together read like the buy-crypto comparison a cashier shows. The page explains none of them.

The phase-out notice

The interface text reads: Fiat deposits and withdrawals are being phased out, support ends August 31. The sentence carries no year. We read it in October 2026 and cannot tell which August it refers to, so it may describe a date that has already passed. Treat any fiat route here as something to confirm with the operator before you rely on it.

Conversion and display

A help article dated April 2025 says currency conversion is not supported and that to exchange crypto you withdraw to an external wallet and use a third-party exchange, which may involve additional fees and processing time. The preferences text describes the display setting, to show the balance in your preferred fiat currency, and gives the reason that crypto prices change frequently. That is a display, not an account in euros.

What we could not confirm

We found no euro deposit range, no list of countries and no statement that a euro balance can be opened today. The configuration is a list of what the software knows, not a promise of what is open to you.

One question before you go

The next page is an operator’s own site, and an account there holds real money. Which of these is true for you?
