Euro at BitStarz: an operating currency, and no conversion
Of the twelve operators, BitStarz says the most about the euro in plain words. Its terms call the euro the internal operating currency of the website, its payments page lists the euro first among the currencies it accepts, and several of its limits are written in euros.
It also says clearly what it will not do. It offers no conversion or exchange service, fiat-crypto exchange included, so any change of currency on a payment happens somewhere else.
What BitStarz says about the euro
The payments page opens by saying that the site accepts a stated list of currencies, with Euro first, followed by dollars of several countries, the yen, the krone and a run of coins. We use only the first fact from it: the euro is named, and named first. The terms, dated June 2025, go further in the payment policy:
Please note that the internal operating currency of the Website is Euro.
That sentence is the strongest statement about the euro we found at any operator, because it names the currency the operator itself counts in.
Limits stated in euros
On the payments page the e-wallets Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter carry a deposit range of €20 to €4,000 per transaction and a withdrawal range of €50 to €10,000, with a fee of 0% and instant processing. Withdrawals in the coins it lists carry a range of €50 to €50,000 per transaction. The same page states coin deposit minimums in the coin’s own units. A limit set in euros on the way out and in coins on the way in is a small conversion of its own, and the page does not say at what rate it is made.
These are the figures on the page we read in October 2026. The operator changes them, and the cashier is the place that shows today’s.
Where a conversion would happen
The terms place the conversion with the bank and the payment processing. A card deposit may appear on the bank statement in euros or dollars, and your bank might add conversion fees. A card payment in a currency other than the euro may be taken slightly above the displayed amount because of conversion on the side of the bank or of the website’s payment processing. A bank-transfer withdrawal is sent in euros, with processing in principle taking three to ten banking days.
The terms also say that the name on the cards or accounts used for deposits and payouts must match the name registered with the operator. That is a rule about identity, and it is worth knowing before you choose a card for a payout route.
What we could not confirm
We did not open an account, so we cannot say how a balance is shown to you or which rate the payment processing applies. Nothing on the pages we read describes a promotional offer in a currency, and we quote none. For anything that matters to you, ask the operator’s support in writing.
Short answers
Does BitStarz convert my money?
Its terms say it offers no conversion or exchange services at any time. A conversion on a deposit happens at your bank or in the payment processing.
Is the 0% fee the whole cost?
It is the operator’s own fee per method on the payments page. Your bank’s conversion fee and the processor’s margin are separate and are not shown there.
