After the payout
EUR withdrawal records: what to keep when a payout is converted
A withdrawal has two ends, and the record has to cover both. The request is in the casino’s history. The arrival is in your bank or wallet. The gap between the two figures is what you will be asked about, and the only way to answer is to have kept both.
This note is about the euro side of that record.
The request
Save the cashier’s confirmation at the moment you press the button: amount, currency, method and time. BitStarz’s payments page lists its withdrawal limits in euros, from €50 to €10,000 for e-wallets and €50 to €50,000 per transaction for the coins it lists, fee 0%. Read in October 2026, so confirm the live figure in the cashier before you plan around it.
The arrival
A bank-transfer payout is sent in euros according to BitStarz’s terms, with three to ten banking days given as the usual processing and a note that your bank may charge conversion fees. BetFury’s terms say some fiat withdrawals may take up to seven business days in exceptional cases. Those times belong to the payout stage only. Save the bank’s line with its date and its currency, so the arrival is a figure and not a memory.
The name on the account
A payout that is held for a name mismatch looks like a currency problem and is not. BitStarz’s terms say the name on the cards or payment accounts used for deposits or payouts must match the name registered on the casino account. Keep the same names on both sides from the start and a whole class of delays does not arise.
Short answers
How long should I keep these records?
As long as the payout could be queried. Keep them at least until the money has settled in your account and the statement has closed.
Do records help if a payout is short?
Yes. The cashier’s figure and the bank’s line are the two numbers any support team will ask for first.
